    What do Spiders mean/stand for?

Monday, October 8, 2007, 01:22 PM EST [General]

I am asking all of you what a spider means or stands for. Why?

Well, I come to the park on our very nice days and for the last couple of times, I have been bugged by a spider. Mind you, I am not a spider person. They give me the wheelies. But this one spider is driving me crazy. It won't leave me alone!

Today I have gently flicked it away from me two times and it has come crawling right back. What am I missing? What am I being told?

    Please, help.  Thanks in advance!

For the two-legged beside whom Spider crawls, there will exist a depth of creativity that may manifest in any of a myriad of ways. Perhaps the talent is in writing prose that conveys depth of feeling and spirituality, or it may be the human counterpart is particularly skilled at creating beautiful and intricate jewelry that will often have an etheric quality to them, much like glimmering strands of a spider’s web.

Whatever channel this creativity flows through, it is a quality and gift that must be expressed and allowed the freedom to flow. If creativity is not acknowledged in the Spider individual, then a very necessary and integral part of their Life’s Purpose is being denied.

Spider has been a spirit animal for me for many years and still gives me the wheelies! One or two situations come out of Spider appearing...one: an omen to something out of the ordinary is coming. The way I react to its cameo will mirror my initial reaction to the upcoming situation. If I see it across the room and am nonchalant so be it. If it is crawling over my shoe before I know it and jump up in an adrenaline rush...so may it be.

The other time Spider shows up is when I need a kick in the butt, screams wake up, open your eyes/ears and get on with it! Is there something you've been trying to decide upon? Something you've shelved, especially if it relates to your own personal interests and endevours...?

It's interesting since Spider is a fascinating creature-strong enough to retreat without shame, prep and be ready for oppurtunity in the strangest places, and even reach out a grab bigger things/dreams than others would think possible. Spider's an amazingly flexible acrobat and the fiercest of warrior.

I'd say have a seat, get quiet and (RESPECTIVELY!) ask Spider what's up, but it may not be a polite answer. It's ok. Spider is there for YOUR personal development.

I'd love to hear how it goes.

for me and out here in the southwest Spider means writing. creativity. sometimes being too busy to see whats goin on around you. (caught in the web instead of weaving it).

could also mean a need to tidy things up. *bundles of things*
what kind of spider is it?
